LAWYER representing Honeybee Pharmacy limited Tutwa Ngulube says there’s no way the government can consume drugs supplied under a signed contract and then refuse to pay. Commenting on Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Professor Luckson Kasonka remarks that Honeybee was a “non-starter” and that the Ministry would not pay anything because the contract was cancelled, Ngulube said the government cannot consume drugs for free.
