POLICE have charged and arrested PF information and publicity chairperson Raphael Nakacinda with two offences of Defamation of the President and Expressing or showing hatred, ridicule or contempt. And confusion erupted at Solwezi Central Police yesterday after PF sympathisers went to offer solidarity to Nakacinda who was interrogated for about three hours, and clashed with UPND supporters. Police dispersed the political party supporters and managed to maintain peace at the police station.
