KANYAMA UPND member of parliament Monty Chinkuli says allegations that he is an absentee leader are unfounded because he always makes time for his people. Responding to complaints by Kanyama residents that he had neglected the constituency immediately after winning the parliamentary seat, Chinkuli wondered whether people wanted him to embark on door to door visits. “When you are leading people, you may not please everyone.
