KANCHIBIYA PF member of parliament Sunday Chanda says Constituency Development Fund guidelines need to be immediately revised because they’re frustrating delivery. In an interview, Chanda said the guidelines were taking the country 10 steps backwards. “The guidelines are clogging the effective and efficient usage of the CDF funds and the manner they have been cast are a drawback to the well intended increase in the CDF allocation. There is an urgent call on the government to take particular interest in this matter and urgently call a revision of these guidelines.
