FORMER PF Lusaka Province youth chairman Kelvin Kaunda says the former ruling party owes him over K145,000 which Kennedy Kamba borrowed from him when the party was broke in August last year. But Kamba has denied reaching out to Kaunda to ask for any sort of help, saying he willfully proposed to financially help the party and it is therefore unfortunate that he is demanding to be repaid.
