ECONOMIST Trevor Hambayi says government should update the nation on what Lazard Freres has done so far to help the country in its debt restructuring process. Finance Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane told Parliament in October last year that government would not cancel the debt restructuring contract with Lazard Freres because it would only cost the country more money.
