ACTING PF president Given Lubinda has questioned government’s decision to amend the Public Order Act before amending the Constitution. And Lubinda says it will be a waste of money to consult Zambians on a matter they had already made their positions known. Last week, Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu launched the review process of the Public Order Act which he estimated would cost K4 million.
