THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) has arrested six people for trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. In a statement, Wednesday, DEC Public Relations Officer Mathias Kamanga said the Commission had arrested a 41-year-old man of Lusaka’s Obama Area for trafficking in 6.4 Kilograms of heroin, which was concealed in packs of coffee creamer and baking flour.
