AMERICA-BASED Zambian law Professor Muna Ndulo has observed that former PF deputy Secretary General Mumbi Phiri’s incarceration has highlighted flaws in Zambia’s judicial processes. In an interview, Prof Ndulo said there was need to figure out how to improve on the process so that all murder suspects could get speedy trials. “I think that is a question of the judicial process here in that we have to look at such delays.
