DRUG Enforcement Commission officers were forced to scamper in all directions on Monday after a drug dealer identified as Ali Muvundo pulled out a hidden gun from his undergarment and threatened to shoot the interrogators right inside their office. Meanwhile Muvundo claims he is an innocent citizen who was forced to act in self defence after “incompetent” DEC officers tried to “flame” him when he attempted to go to their offices to retrieve his seized car.
