FORMER health minister Dr Chitalu Chilufya’s lawyer, Tutwa Ngulube, says the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) was embarrassed after failing to find anything incriminating during their search, vowing that they will hit back in a legal way. And Ngulube says JIT is operating illegally because there is no act of Parliament which sanctioned it to start operating.
