CHINGATI Msiska, who is one of the owners of the vehicles recently forfeited to the State by the Joint Investigations Team, says he had bought two cars from Chrint Sichamba but some documents were missing. On Monday, JIT forfeited 24 seized vehicles to the state after they were not claimed for about three months. In an interview, Msiska said he had bought two vehicles from Mulozi Trading Limited, which is owed by Sichamba, four months ago.
