HONDA Zambia Limited says contrary to Ministry of Community Development and Social Services Permanent Secretary Angela Kawandami’s assertion that Kafelix Investments Limited gave the lowest bid for the supply of motorbikes, its bid was cheaper. Recently Kawandami justified government’s decision to award Kafelix Investments Limited a contract for the supply of 75 motorbikes at a contract sum of K9,885,010, claiming that supplier was the best-evaluated bidder with a better rate than Honda.
