SOCIALIST Party vice-president Dr Cosmas Musumali says the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is currently functioning at half capacity, and that he suspects political interference in its operations. And Dr Musumali says the IMF package will bring about foreign direct investment but will not improve Zambians’ living conditions.
