FEMALE PF presidential aspirant Brenda Nyirenda says it’s time a woman took over the leadership mantle in the former ruling party because she feels serious leadership is lacking. And Nyirenda has lamented that the non-refundable application fees for female presidential aspirants of K100,000 are too exorbitant.
