KENYAN Professor Patrick Lumumba says Africa is currently a weak continent and nobody can seriously consider its political and economic weight to warrant being accommodated, on a permanent basis, in the UN Security Council. And Prof Lumumba says Africa will thrive if we allow free movement of goods and people.
