INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has instructed the Road Development Agency (RDA) to commence regular planned maintenance and timely emergency repairs of roads. Speaking during the commissioning of the Mumbwa Weighbridge, Friday, Milupi observed that in the past, some roads were constructed and rehabilitated but left unattended until they were damaged again. “It is government’s wish that all roads being constructed must attain the design lifespan, in order to ensure value for money from the investment.
