PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says the President will not break the boundaries of the laws to satisfy a small section of his critics. Commenting on sodomy cases in an interview, Thursday, Bwalya said all matters of public nature and interest in so far as the new administration was concerned would be debated and discussed within the confines of the laws. “Zambia is a country of laws, laws that we have given unto ourselves, anchored and couched under the umbrella of our Constitution. We campaigned on the platform that we are going to return this country to the rule of law as well as fully reinforce law and order to the fullest extent and this is what the President has done....
