PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has pledged to build a fully-fledged health centre along Mongu-Limulunga Road, popularly referred to as the Treason Road, using personal resources. In April this year, President Hichilema was offered a three hectares piece of land at Singāanda village in Mongu District of Western Province, a place where he was accused of committing treason during PFās reign. Speaking during the groundbreaking ceremony of the land, Monday, President Hichilema said he was overwhelmed by the gesture. “I will not say much because I am overwhelmed by the gesture, this gesture that came to me in an unexpected way.
