ACTING Infrastructure, Housing, and Urban Development Minister Gary Nkombo has described suggestions that the President is using public funds to maintain Community House as demeaning and incorrect. Nkombo says President Hakainde Hichilema was self-sustaining at the point he got into public office. While debating the 2023 budget allocation for the Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing, and Urban Development, Matero PF MP Miles Sampa wondered why there had been a reduction in the funds allocated to the road sector.
