LOCAL Government Minister Gary Nkombo says the death of Lusaka lawyer Tutwa Ngulube has left more questions than answers. Speaking during the funeral service held in Kabwe, Wednesday, Nkombo who represented President Hakainde Hichilema, described Ngulube’s death as a serious loss to everyone. “I bring the messages of deep condolences from the Republican President Mr Hakainde Hichilema. He sends his deep condolences and sorrow to all of us who are gathered here, most especially to the widow Mrs Ngulube. Mr Ngulube’s departure is a very serious loss to all of us.
