PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has terminated the contract for Luapula Province deputy Permanent Secretary Roy Mwansa and District Commissioners for Nchelenge and Mwansabombwe. President Hichilema has also terminated contracts for three other District Commissioners for Chifunabuli, Isoka, and Sioma districts.
