THE Medical for Quality Healthcare in Zambia (MQHZ) says the failure of 742 candidates recorded during the February – March 2023 HPCZ licensure examinations has exposed weaknesses in both local and international health institutions. Announcing the results on Monday, which had a 61 percent pass rate, HPCZ bemoaned over enrolment in health institutions. MQHZ Director General Dr Quincy Mwabu has attributed the trend of over enrolment to poor monitoring of health institutions.
