THE Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development says the draft bill to repeal the current Public Private Partnership (PPP) Act has reached the review stage. Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Permanent Secretary Danny Mfune says government is working on repealing the current PPP Act after it identified some bottlenecks. He says the new Act will see the creation of a PPP Special Unit.
