PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has encouraged beneficiaries of the NAPSA partial withdrawals to consider investing their money. And Agriculture Minister Reuben Mtolo Phiri says the construction of a fertiliser company will bring an end to people queuing up for mealie meal.
