SECRETARY to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa says the Ministry of Transport and Logistics has identified 14 VX vehicles that might have been procured after the UPND formed government. Kangwa has, however, warned that anyone who will be found wanting will face appropriate disciplinary action as disobeying the President’s instruction is a serious lapse. And Kangwa says government has managed to reunite 975 married couples in the civil service out of the 6,000 that applied.
