POLICE in Lusaka yesterday detained Mandevu PF member of parliament Christopher Shakafuswa for allegedly inciting violence against police officers. But the Patriotic Front has lamented that the country is now in a police state, saying it’s only in Zambia where a member of parliament is handled in such kind of fashion.
