TI-Z Chapter President Sampa Kalungu says the conviction of the Lusaka couple which owned and concealed 51 houses in Lusaka’s Chalala area will help restore the people’s hope and confidence in the Law Enforcement Agencies. Last week Friday, the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court convicted and sentenced to 3 years with hard labour the owners of the 51 Chalala houses valued at over K37 million.
