MINISTER of Local Government and Rural Development Gary Nkombo says street vendors who were operating in undesignated places had resorted to using Chibuku packs to answer the call of nature, which they disposed of everywhere around the CDB. And Nkombo has disclosed that about 600 street vendors have been accommodated in the new Soweto market and City market as of Thursday.
