JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe yesterday demanded respect from Lawyer Makebi Zulu, saying he is State Counsel and senior at the bar, and he therefore did not expect to be interrupted when he was speaking. The duo had a heated argument over the National Prosecution Authority amendment bill of 2023 when they featured on 5FM’s burning issue programme, Tuesday.
