FORMER Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo says his successor, Bernard Kanengo, is a caretaker MP who is in the driving seat without a licence. On Saturday, Lusambo visited Kabushi constituency and was given a thunderous welcome as he passed through markets and people’s homes. Commenting on Lusambo’s visit, Kanengo said there was nothing worrying about Lusambo’s visit to the constituency because people were happy with the development happening in the area.
