FORMER COBUSU president Castro Mulilo has thanked the university management for reinstating him, saying being expelled left him emotionally distressed. Last week, the Copperbelt University lifted Mulilo’s expulsion from the institution. Mulilo, a fourth-year Transport and Logistics student was recently expelled from the university for having announced the cancellation of classes in June this year after the death of two students who were hit by a speeding vehicle.
