PF Secretary General Rapheal Nakacinda says opinions made in the Grand Scheme documentary are not meant to injure relations between Zambia and Zimbabwe. The documentary quotes, among others, Given Lubinda, Chilufya Tayali, Nakacinda, Emmanuel Mwamba and Dr Fred M’membe, giving their opinion on Mumba’s selection as Head of Election Observer Mission in Zimbabwe.
