SOCIALIST Party Deputy General Secretary in charge of politics Antonio Mwanza has described the arrest of the opposition party’s national youth secretary Gabriel Banda as total nonsense, arguing that it’s impossible to trespass at a public university. Yesterday, police arrested Banda for allegedly instigating riots and looting at the University of Zambia.
