TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) has cautioned government against significantly increasing the CDF allocation in the 2024 national budget. TI-Z has further urged government to reduce the PAYE tax rates by at least 2.5 percent across all tax bands to alleviate the impact of the rising cost of living on the workforce.
