JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says the new dawn government is sleeping well because it has done the necessary work to improve citizens’ lives. And Haimbe says the State’s decision to enter into a consent judgement with former DPP Mutembo Nchito SC is not unusual, arguing that there is no need to expend the court’s or State’s time fighting a case if it has merit.
