LUSAKA Lawyer Sakwiba Sikota has questioned the kind of activity the President was involved in on the national day of prayer which was so important that it made him miss the commemorations again. But State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says a sitting Head of State is not constitutionally obligated to physically attend the national prayer event.
