PETAUKE Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda says his suspension from the National Assembly has given him more time to bond with people in his constituency and appreciate their challenges. And Banda says there is usually no chaos in the National Assembly when First Deputy Speaker Attractor Chisangano is presiding over business of the House. Last Thursday, Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti suspended Banda for 14 sitting days for disorderly conduct.
