STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hichilema has continued to have his quarterly press conferences as per his promise. Last week, the Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops (ZCCB), in its pastoral letter, urged the President to honour his pledge of holding quarterly press conferences. The Catholic Bishops also urged government to promote constant interactions with the people, saying the emerging culture of only defending rather than explaining government actions should stop.
