CHIEF Chipepo of the Tonga people of Siavonga, Chirundu and Gwembe Districts has encouraged people to go back to the village, saying everyone has land in their chiefdoms. But Socialist Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says President Hakainde Hichilema should improve the quality of life in rural areas so that people will have no excuse of shifting to urban areas. Dr M’membe has wondered why the Head of State didn’t stay in his village if it was that easy.
