PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has assured that his government is actively creating an enabling environment in rural areas. The President has since implored citizens to explore and harness available opportunities in their rural communities before considering relocation to urban centres. In a write up shared on his Facebook page yesterday, the Head of State stressed that citizens in rural areas should not relocate to cities without a well-defined purpose, as that could lead to destitution.
