ZAMBIA’s former Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Muhabi Lungu says he can’t confirm or deny ditching the Kum’mawa Development Coalition (KDC). He, however, says he prefers transparency, openness and honesty in his dealings, and whenever he detects insincerity in anything, he would rather not get involved. Lungu was responding to claims that he had ditched the coalition to join OCIDA. “I don’t understand why this issue has become so emotive.
