THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in North Western Province has arrested and charged 12 suspects involved in cultivating and trafficking over 1.2 tonnes of fresh cannabis plants. In a statement, Wednesday, DEC Public Relations Officer Mwenge Mulenga disclosed that the Commission apprehended four individuals in Kalumbila District for unlawful cultivation of a staggering 730 kilograms of fresh cannabis plants.
