LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo says government will now fully enforce the public nuisance law in a bid to respond to indiscriminate disposal of waste. And Health Minister Sylvia Masebo has disclosed that Zambia has received US$723, 582 from the World Health Organisation to support the response to the cholera outbreak.
