KAWAMBWA PF member of parliament Nickson Chilangwa says it is annoying that the UPND government has continued to claim that it has delivered its pledges. Chilangwa argues that he has been to different parts of the country and nothing is happening. Last Thursday, Vice-President Mutale Nalumango said the UPND did not promise that everything would immediately be better once they got into power, but they had delivered most promises.
