VETERAN politician Vernon Mwaanga says as the world prepares to observe International Women’s Day on March 8, there is need for the country to reflect on the imbalance between men and women in elective offices. He has, therefore, proposed the need to reserve some seats for women where they can compete against each other using proportional representation, in addition to those elected from Parliamentary Constituencies.
