THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) says it conducted operations in several parts of the country over the weekend, which resulted in seizures of both fresh plants and dry loose cannabis weighing over 1.89 tonnes. In addition, the commission says it picked up 17 notorious drug ring leaders in hard-to-reach communities on the Copperbelt.
