CHAPTER One Foundation says it is dismayed with the shooting of a school pupil and a bystander by Zambia Police Officers in Lusaka’s Emmadale area this week. In a statement, Thursday, Chapter One Foundation strongly condemned the shooting incident which left two people injured. “Chapter One Foundation Limited promotes and protects human rights, constitutionalism, social justice, and the rule of law in Zambia.
