ANTI-Corruption Commission (ACC) Board Chairperson Musa Mwenye has described President Hakainde Hichilema’s call to combine asset recovery with the imprisonment of corruption perpetrators as heartening and praiseworthy. The ACC board chair has also urged all citizens to insist that the technocrats entrusted with the duty to investigate and prosecute cases of corruption investigate all cases, whether past or present.
