MINISTER of Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu says Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda is very stable, with no serious visible injuries on his body. Updating the media, Monday morning, Mwiimbu said Banda, who is currently admitted to Maina Soko Military Hospital, was found in Kafue by the Zambia Police, working together with members of the public.
